Need to Quote 5story Building in Florida

I'm a newly licensed broker in Florida. I've been given the opportunity to quote a 5story condo complex. I've never quoted in Florida. It's different, because they need flood, and hurricane coverage along with the GL. I'm working with a broker now, but I don't feel comfortable with the underwriter who's assisting with it. Please help, because I'm a non-resident in Fl. So I can't be there and The policy renews in January. I'll need to get appointed with the agency who's doing the quote. Any broker please reply ASAP! Did I mention the commission will be a good 1. The building is valued at 11million. I know I'm rambling on, but I need to move on this quote immediately, because I don't have a lot of time....
