I need to accomplish a 1035 exchange from a Hartford adjustable life policy to a Funeral Trust plan that allows for additional monthly premium deposits. I am familiar with NGL and that company would work fine or we could use a similar product.
This is for my mother, age 84. She will never pass any underwriting and resides in a nursing home in Iowa. I have POA and live in Oklahoma.
This is a small transaction as her cash value is about $3500.
This is not a big money maker for anyone but I need to get this done before her Hartford policy implodes under it's own weight.
