Networking for life sales

I wanted to know what groups of professionals you usually try to network with to get referrals for life sales.

I am trying to network with mortgage brokers and real estate agents at the moment. I am sure that accountants are another good networking group.

Does anyone want to share their thoughts on this?

I have a friend who has cultivated P&C agents for years. He makes a very good living splitting commissions.
