This looks like a great forum, and I'm glad to be a part of it. I just left about 15 years on the carrier side to start my own P&C (personal lines initially) agency. I'm just getting going, and it's a different model than what most are using. Nice.

Looks like you are wanting to "franchise" the agency and grow into other areas. Kind of like Brown & Brown, except they have grown by acquisition.

Or maybe a Safeco model, except I suppose without the Pink Panther.
