Do you have to purchase two policies one to cover life and health and one to cover p&c?

Sorry what I meant to say was is there a E&O policy that covers both P&C and life and health?

Thanks..

$150 a month for a new agent is a pretty good deal for a new agent. I would expect that it is from a reputable company. When I first got started in the business I found a "great deal" for $500 per year and then found out the company was a total scam! Make sure you have an actual insurance policy and not just "coverage".

Im new to the insurance industry. I am paying 150/mo for E/O insurance. Is that pretty much the going rate?

Specifics please, are we speaking of Life & Health, does it cover annuities as well and how about securities sales or are we speaking of P&C.

Personally it sounds like the price a Broker/ Dealer would charge.

After purchasing your original policy for however long, why don't you purchase a policy from yourself using your own carrier(s)? Of course you would have to be selling P&C and not just Life&Health.
