New Agent in Fla.

I recently moved to Fla.( on my brothers advice) and I'm new to the Ins.world.He has been doing MA plans for a few years and wanted me to come down and partner up with him.It seems hard to get a straight answer on what you can and can't do as far as advertising goes.Any suggestions about that and Lead generations would be greatly appreciated.
