i am contract with new york life just started not even a month, but i decided to go to gaurdian. it there anything i need do to to get out of new york life

If you owe NYL money, pay them.
Remember that you cannot service any policies by NYL unless you work for NYL.
It would be bad form (not to mention unethical) to replace your NYL policies with new ones from Guardian just so you can collect a new commission.
Just get the offer from Guardian FIRST.

i just got my license this month and contract with nyl, has not done anything yet
