MOO 20-22%. I think. I have not heard of legal limits for Med Supp commission. MAPD has commission levels set by CMS.

So then why are carriers dropping the commission rates for them? I thought they used to pay like 30-40%.

Carriers haven't paid 30% for a Med Supp in many years, unless you are in Michigan.

I think they cut the commissions back around 1992.

I remember when Pioneer Life paid 44% commission from 1997-1999 on plan F. Man were those the good old days. 0% MA penetration so unless they were full dual everyone was a prospect.
