Hello Fellow Agents! I just started my own employee benefit brokerage earlier this year in Southern California, though have been an agent for over 25 years. I am very happy that I found this forum and looking forward to learning from all of you!

All joking aside, welcome. There are a lot of veterans here happy to help, as well as joke around and banter. There is a lot of good advice (and a little bad sometimes) on here. Sometimes, though, the delivery can be a bit rough. There are a couple people I can think of on here who aren't very gentle, but give fantastic input.
