New Commercial Producer Looking for Tips

I am starting a new job September 12th as an outside commercial producer in Bucks County, Pa. I'm working for a reputable insurance broker in the area, but getting paid a low base, so I want to hit the ground running and make sales as fast as possible. I have experience in selling auto and home as well as some Medicare, but commercial is a new ball game.

I'm looking for a few tips, and also some industries that are on the easier side that I can focus on to make some sales.
