The Follow-Up feature can now be used to upload your applicants required eligibility documents directly within ACAExpress. Additionally, you can also now terminate plans, to learn more, click here.

In closing, yes, we realize the challenges you are going through with commission compression/elimination. What this means though is that getting as many of the ones you are being compensated for effectuated so you are paid is even more important.

Well, none have said they would be free next year that I am aware of... Some are now BUT... how many of them continue to add new features?

Do any of them have anything even similar to:

- Our "Follow Up" list which itemizes exactly what documents CMS requires (income, etc.)? Nope.

- Ability to upload said documents crazy super fast and easy? Nope..

yeah, you may be right but forget about a per transaction fee on that is my guess - maybe a monthly since it is more like a crm tool now. the double redirect is what everyone has and it's not speedy.
