Good Evening,
I am a newly licensed P&C broker and soon to be Accident and Health. I had a few questions as to which insurers would appoint me since I am newly licensed.
Brief background: I majored in Insurance, have worked in E/O, and currently work for a wholesaler in Southern California full time.
Auto, Health, and LTC appointments are what I am seeking. As of now intended for part time but eventually transition to full time.
My questions are as follows:
1. Can we use the title Broker?
2. Would CAARP/LCA be a good place to start?
3. Which insurers and wholesalers would accept me based on my situation?
4. Is it even possible to obtain appointments to begin with?
5. Could you recommend any good priced E/O for new P/C (Auto) and Health agents?
6. Is PSI Learning Academy a good online course to use for A&H?
