I like the angle, but I can't possibly see this getting anywhere.

Best case scenario, it's dismissed and they amend the laws, like they've done for the other ACA suits.

That's the reason the navigators can't actually recommend plans and instead can only explain them to people. I've gotten a lot of my clients because they got fed up with the exchange not being able to help them.
