Morning all!
I'm new, and interested to hear about your experiences working with reps from different carriers. I'd like to hear more about what you're interested in as a broker, and what pain points you have. That kind of stuff.

At least a few of us were at one time carrier reps. That was back in the day when a rep "knew their stuff" (and agents, not so much).

Times have changed.

Agents (many of them at least) have learned how to dig out information on their own and reps are (generally) not very helpful. I imagine you will get a lot of "LOL" in response to your question.
