I am currently working as a State Farm customer Relations Representative. My base pay is $1000 a month. How much should I be looking to get commission wise? Like what percentage of each sale? Auto, life? I feel like I am not getting what everyone else is. I sold 6 life policies this week and will only be looking at around $150 extra on my next check....

WHAT STATE ARE YOU IN.... call me!

Great place to cut your teeth, to learn the concepts, terms get licensed etc, but your pay, is WAY too little and is on the brink of a Department of Labor complaint depending on your hours and what they make you do...

I pay minimum wage plus $1 for each year a producer works for me or 75% commission whichever is higher.

Whats the rough premium associated with those policies you sold?

Outside of State Farm you can expect to be paid in the neighborhood of 75% to 125% commission of the first years premium.
