Newbie Life Insurance Question

I'm looking for a good broker to work under. I'm licensed with over 20 states, looking to sell over the phone (primarily mortgage protection and Final Expense) and would buy aged internet leads. Family First Life looks decent but appears they want you to buy their leads and do Face to Face. Any help would be appreciated
