Newbie - Thoughts about Equis, Best Deal for a New Agent

Just received my License and wanted to know from the Experienced ones - what are your thoughts about Equis (signed a IC but have not sold a thing since that just happened) however due to other information found here (thanks so much) will be immediately rethinking that action.

So, two questions:
1). Thoughts about Equis?
2). Best IMO suggestions for new Life, Health Accident Agents/Producers?

1) Good company but most IMOs are decent
2)This is subjective depending on the person and mentor

*My suggestion is to make sure you come into the industry knowing “exactly what you want” and how you want to produce. It’s important to know how you want to produce because this may be the difference maker when determine IMOs
