Hi,
I am a newly licensed agent in Sarasota, Fl.
I originally got my license to specialize in the Senior market.
I am finding out that being an agent does not come with an instruction book so finding these forums quite helpful in learning what to look out for.
too bad that part of getting a license doesn't go into the actual business of the business itself.
I am coming out of a background of network marketing as well as being in the advertising business previously.
Any advice is welcome.
