Niche and best way to get DI leads

What's your opinion on the best way to get DI leads? What niche?

Focus on healthcare people (docs, nurses, etc.)?

Haven't seen much about direct mail or cold calling.

Any experience with paid traffic on the google/yahoo?

Or is DI more of a cross-sell after another product?

Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIN - I think would be good platforms to advertise on for these products.

Don't waste your $$ on Google, give Bing a shot first - you might find it a lot more affordable.
