No double re direct?

will there ever be an express lane enrollment again, without having to go to healthcare.gov??

Also, I HATE the new healthcare.gov web app...

Healthcare.gov and HealthSherpa first said that direct-enrollment was "down for repairs" at the beginning of November.

Five days later, HC.gov and Sherpa sent out an e-mail saying the direct enrollment pathway was once again open.

Even when enrolling people via the Agent Back Office of HealthSherpa, it sends me to Healthcare.gov. Legally, the client has to sign the attestations at the end of the HC.gov process, before being re-directed back to HealthSherpa. Bummer.

Maybe the definition of web-broker "direct enrollment" has changed this year.

Health Sherpa said (via e-mail) that their E.D.E.P. will be live before the end of the day on Wednesday. We will need to log in to Health Sherpa and REGISTER, in order to be granted Direct Enrollment access.

So far the new platform sucks in my opinion. 0 for 2 on verifying identities. 25 minutes on Experian line to no avail

failed in Experian verification,,even though Experian verified me........so can't use it. Was told to do it the old way, and that lots of agents having trouble with verification.. Bummer

I actually don't mind the double re-direct. At least i know my info will be there and it all will be correct.
