Just wanted to make sure I was being told the correct thing, they do NOT offer an LOA contract like Cigna, MOO etc. ? My understanding is they only have an assignment of commission options for downline agents.

This is correct and since they are not a LOA, they have to certify each year (even after they leave your agency) or else you will lose the commissions.

UHC does have an LOA contract. It is called a "solicitor" instead of an LOA. They currently have the solicitor contract restricted to agents/agencies that are at the SGA, FMO or NMA level, so newer agents that only have a GA or MGA contract will not be able to have a solicitor under them anymore. I have heard that they may change this rule but this is the information that is current as of today.
