Non-Auditable GL - or Rating Basis Other Than Sales

I'm looking for a carrier that will rate the GL portion of the package on anything but sales, or non-auditable. I've been working on a large account for 6 months and after all that their objection is the fact that the GL is auditable. The risk is a retail/online hardware/power tool store. Their current GL is rated on contents. Any suggestions?

I'm also looking for a wholesaler that has access to smaller mutual and regional carriers that will write in our area.
