Go with the conventional methods like MarkTheBroker said. Play the law of averages. Keep track of your "hit ratio" with each different method. Keep TRACK OF THE COST associated with each method (even door knocking isn't free; still requires gas, sometimes marketing materials, etc.). Make sure you have positive ROI for each method. Give each method some time and drop the ones with negative ROI. Good luck fellow producers.
