Non-Residence License Fee

I went on the NIPR trying to figured out how much it will cost me to have license in the following states, and couldn't figured out the cost.

Wisconsin
California
Minnesota

If anyone can just give me an amount, I'll appreciate it.

I haven't looked at it in a while, but I think some states may not be in the NIPR. You may have to contact the state DOI's directly, or they may have the info on their site(s.)

I have a company that requires a copy of the non-resident license of all states. I can't seem to find where I can download them. Everytime I think I'm getting close, it directs me to NIPR. Anyone know how to do this?
