You have to pick your counties with a nonres FL: I cannot remember what my FL non res cost, but I remember having to dig out a map and find the counties.

I called about getting my Non-Resident license in Arkansas. $210! I started laughing cause I thought the woman was joking. She wan't.

The lady who answered the phone at their office. Mine expired a few months ago, they are charging $70 for the renewal and a $140 penalty because I let mine expire.

It's nuts.

So, the cost to renew an Arkansas non-res is $70? That's right in line with other states.

The $140 "moron penalty" should be $540.

That's true. If you let a state's non resident license expire, most States will pound you with extra fees.....even if you renew one month late.
