Nonstandard In Illinois

Hi Brokers,

I currently write directly through Founders Insurance but they don't underwrite certain vehicles, namely with ISO>42, and certain luxury cars, namely BMW, Mercedes, Jags, etc. But wow, they're so easy to work with- online rater, quote and bind in minutes, no credit checks, etc.

I need a a similar carrier but who WILL accept these risks I named above. I'm a small agency and just getting started in P&C (10 years in L&H). Founders is my first direct contract but I hate to lose business because of what they don't accept.

Any suggestions?

National General is becoming really popular in California. Bristol West and Progressive will rate the higher end cars, and Kemper Specialty will write almost anything Those companies should write in Illinois. I had access back in the day to almost forty carriers but only wrote with like five of them. You just need like five good carriers.
