Knowing NWM if they did this it was for the agents. This rewards agents who stayed with their policies and service them.

I am not sure I follow? To get a rate increase passed, the insurance company needs to document its claims exceed the loss ratio.
How does agent satisfaction, reward and retention play into this??
....last I checked NWM had the lowest loss ratio of any LTC insurer.

Scott, have you heard anything about MM possibly pulling out of LTC altogether by the end of next year?
