Is it only me or is there a problem again this year with agent NPN's transferring to the carrier. I used a combination of submission methods this year, a web broker portal, the Hc.gov consumer portal, and the infamous 3-way call. In some instances with all of the above methods my information transferred to the carrier but in 90% of my cases it did not. Has any one else had this issue again this year? If so what method did you use to submit your applications and how many transferred correctly.
