DS4, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and its actually 4 & 2. You are paid only on first sold premiums and no premium increase. I believe they made and adjustment down for us in 2018. We lost over 700 individual clients in the last 2.5 years, and last year alone we dropped below 400. Most of these customers left because of cost and HMO only. We received the worse hit from Aetna two years ago when they replaced our customers plans and not paying commissions on any new plans.
Paying on original premium in initial year is accurate, but that includes the APTC.
They also won't let you become AOR on a current direct TX Blue client, even during OEP.
