Needs a policy for 2017 in NY. Most likely not subsidy eligible due to income, so off exchange is preferred, but not necessary (not sure what the off exchange availability is in NY or if anyone is paying commissions).
Will be working over the phone with individual from FL who is trying to get this straightened up for the boss' kid. She is nice to work with and well informed, but we are no longer selling in NY so looking for some assistance.
Not looking for any type of commission split, just want to make sure She/He is taken care of.
