Does anyone have any recommendations, or warnings, for NY-based FMOs specializing in the Medicare market?
I am leaning towards a local market FMO, as they seem to have the carrier contacts to answer local market questions. For example, new MA plan coming into the area and they are still finalizing network contracts as of now! No national FMOs have been able, or maybe willing, to answer my questions regarding the status of these network contracts.
I will be asking for an upfront release, carrier direct commissions, availability of training, and whether they are direct to carrier or have uplines.
