Just curious because I don't take advances but are people still taking or being offered advances since they lowered commissions a couple years back.

Yes, Obamacare is giving out advance subsidies left and right. Hahaha. I hope those folks dont learn about clawbacks the hard way like agents have. As for commission advances, most were halted when MLR hit, and I would doubt they would be brought back anytime soon.
