Google "pure lead for sale"... AllWebLeads and Sales Genie pop up, I would stay clear of those two, they seem to be a bit confused...

... FWIW, just open your door, every warm body is a life lead. The problem is, half of them already sell life.

FYI - AWL just bought insurancequotes.com from bankrate. Now I think there is basically one major lead company now. Expect quality to soar....lol.
