I've heard that the MEWA product dominates the Southern Ohio market and that retention is good. I suspect the member experience is pretty seamless and feels much like the normal BCBS/Anthem experience, but what about your experience as an agent?
- What were initial rates like in comparison to ACA? vs grandmothered/legacy plans?
- Are you happy with the available plan designs?
- Have you seen/do you expect to see an increase in ACA rates as a result (as healthy groups move to the MEWA)?
- Compliance issues?
