Ohio moves to suspend insurance agent allegedly involved in Portsmouth sex ring
The move comes after two separate companies fired Fred Brisker since early 2018 over the two incidents and gave evidence to the Ohio Department of Insurance.
"The misappropriation of a customer's identity is a serious violation of moral turpitude," officials with Midland National Life Insurance Co. wrote Ohio regulators in January after they fired Brisker.
"Mr. Brisker's actions are grounds for immediate and automatic termination by the company."
