Old Guy New to Forum

Back in 2002-2003 I flopped as a Farmers agent. Hated cold calling and didn't have a clent base. I have kept my licenses active however. Now, after a layoff I am considering selling insurance again. Have worked in the PC industry since 1981 and know a lot about insurance, just not how to sell it. I'm 60 years old and employers aren't beating my door down. For the last 10 years I was the Controller of a subsidiary of a national company.

I'm in Vallejo, CA.

Any suggestions on how an old guy can get started and not go bankrupt?
