I don't know. For this one I had to have the client call in. After hours when taken. Seemed from the time I gave client the phone number to when the girl at ESP called me back was not very long at all.
I know they just took a rate decrease in many areas in Texas. Their area factors are a little strange but in a select few zips they are the best rates out there.
