oxycdodone as needed ?

Called a few carriers and having trouble...anyone out there take someone taking this for back pain as needed 10+ years? also takes interlaminar steroid injection every 3 months...long shot but just asking

Not for back pain, I have had approvals for occasional oxy use for arthritis.

as needed probably is not that much an issue, However the injections for back I have not been able to get approved before

Try Phoenix Life/Nassau Re very liberal underwriting for both term and whole life. No exam needed. APS probably be required. Client can even self fill the application via email link.
