P&C Affinity programs question

I currently have a very large group with a national carrier. However, myself nor my clients are happy with whom we have. Can any of you name companies who have affinity programs? I need to try and find a different program.

Also, if my group were to leave the current carrier would they still be eligible for commissions on products already in force?
