Yes, many. Its pretty common actually.
Many, many, many captive agents do both. Now, that may not fit your statement of 'full service' for the majority of them, but in all of the captives, there are agents that run significant financial planning businesses as well.
They can go well together, but it requires a different person doing the financial side as opposed to the P&C side. Both of them are volume plays and you can't do it by yourself.
