Do any agencies use appointment setters to help schedule calls with prospects? Any thoughts surrounding this and are there particular industries for which you may have had success with?
Commercial. These folks are just simply calling businesses trying to get through to the owner. They are providing a little bit of information about my company and then arranging a follow-up call. Typically the lead into the conversation is through the WC expiring.
Used them for several years...we do our own now. It was effective for gaining a contact and xdate...many times they didn't recall the initial contact when we made follow up calls. ROI was still a winner
