P&C independent carriers in Missouri?

I am a newly licensed agent in P&C in Missouri and I would like to know which carriers to use as an independent?

Also I would like to know the same thing for L&H in Missouri, as an independent?

Basically which ones will I have to have to be competitive and which ones are really good to have as an independent?
