Paramedical Work Decreased Drastically.

I spoke with a paramedical I saw today who did an exam for me in the past and noticed he was working different job. I asked why he quit the paramedical profession. He told me he still does it, it's just not close to as busy as it once was. He said for 20 years he had consistent work, but over the course of the last year, he had to get a new job because the work wasn't coming in nearly as much. I won't give you the numbers, but it was eye opening for sure. I told him it was probably because a lot of insurance agents have either quit the industry, or stopped working in health insurance because of the commission cuts. What do you guys think?

Could it be more carriers are using underwriting that does not need a paramed such as American Nationals express underwriting no paramed up to 250k.
