Mike, I know your standard answer for anything is MOO, but

1) I don't write MOO
2) The OIC app that came with my contracting papers includes question 14 - D which would be a yes answer in this case.

I was just trying to make you feel a little regret for not writing MOO. I'm not aware of anyone that accepts Parkinsons...

No regrets. I suppose I could write up a MOO app and check no to Parkinsons then see what happens. As long as you signed the app as agent I guess it would be OK.
