An agent submitted a PDP paper application for her existing client (who had a different PDP in 2018) via fax to another carrier's PDP's fax number during AEP. The mistake was realized when client inquired about status sometime after January 1. Agent says she has fax confirmation where it was sent to wrong carrier. Any suggestions on how the best way to proceed to be able to get the client placed in the new PDP? Thanks!
