PIA Select California

Good Morning, do any people who utilize this forum have any experience with PIA Select in California, PIA Select seems to offer a wide variety of markets and programs to benefit an independent agency in California- The split commissions 70% agency 30% to PIA. I can't imagine an agency willing to give up 30%, and yet PIA seems to enjoy steady growth. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
