    No, been appointed for years. The program is called "The Policy Exchange Program". Plymouth/Palisades has a Direct Channel operation whereby they have written auto policies direct. They then enter into a subscription program with some of their Independent Agents who are game where we purchase the policies from Plymouth, beginning servicing the policies, hope that they stay on the books to receive commissions in excess of the purchase price paid (30% of annual premium) and hopefully, also successfully cross sell these customers who are new to the Agency. Curious as to how this has worked out for agents who have participated in this program.
