You are already confused, how in the world do you expect the prospect to be anything but confused?

Take the one you thinks best fits and state why you think it is a sound fit. Then sit back and shut up until the prospect says something or state that the next step is the application, pull it out and start filling it out. Either way, you'll find out real quick if you have a deal and you won't confuse yourself or the prospect.
