Policy for Bypass Surgery

I have a male client 59yrs old non-smoker. Had bypass surgery 3yrs ago. Seems to be in good health now.
What company can I turn to to possibly get him health coverage? The couple of companies that I am appointed with now exclude him. North Carolina
Any help or direction would be appreciated.

High risk pool is his best option. Unless he can get group ins they will not decline him. He can work at Starbucks.
