If you are new to Medicare sales (I am somewhat new as well) and want to practice your sales technique with these clients (all of whom have never had to make the decisions between supplements or between MAPD and supps, know nothing about the donut hole, etc), there are great opportunities for unpaid on-the-job real life training in this population.

With their permission, you could possibly call on them later and sell P&C or Life.
